The 2026 electronic Site Readiness Assessment (eSRA) is here

The latest version of eClinical Forum’s eSRA is now available for  download, free and open to the industry. If you work at a clinical research site, eSRA is designed to help you. It's a standardized checklist that lets you evaluate your readiness to support electronic clinical trial processes before a study starts, so you can identify gaps early, not mid-trial.

What's updated in 2026: 

• The eSRA Form S has been lightly refined, while the Sponsor Guide sees more substantial updates along with a new appendix.
• The Handbook has been refreshed with updated formatting and the new eCF logo.
• No changes were needed to the underlying regulatory reference documents this year, as reviewed by our Regulatory Advisory Group.
